The position will also be responsible for determining if the client selling is interested in upgrading to a new or like new vehicle that can be offered within the Wood Automotive Group and would refer the prospective client to a Wood Automotive store.
In addition to Used Automotive Management experience, the ideal candidate must:
In person meetings with perspective sellers to view vehicles and test drive
Utilize and navigate all on-line sales sites or other means of privately owned advertised vehicles for sale
Establish purchase lead and perform due diligence in establishing lien records to be paid and accident history to be acknowledged in offer price
Utilize V-AUTO to establish market price that supports wholesale valuation
Understand seasonality of market trends and changes in market supply that affect the Calgary market
Provide guidance and support to dealership Sales Manager’s as it relates to purchasing used vehicles
Qualifications:
High level of customer service is required
Professional conduct with excellent communication skills within person or any type of communication
Previous Used Automotive Management experience is a strong asset
Experience with V-AUTO an asset
