OPPORTUNITY:

BRAND NEW BDC OPENING IN DEALERSHIP!

The Business development center is where all the phone calls, and appointments for the dealership are taken. This individual will be responsible for the conversion of in-bound Phone and Internet opportunities with the goal of setting solid appointments for the sales department. The BDC Team Member must be friendly, patient, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and feel comfortable speaking on the phone.

REQUIREMENT:

  • 2+ years in a call center environment

  • Thrives in a fast paced environment

  • Answering all Inbound phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script and schedule sales and service appointments.

  • Some automotive/BDC experience desired but not required, however, must have some basic “technical” understanding.

  • An ability to work within multiple computer applications at the same time.

  • Ability to handle customers expectations in the luxury service segment

  • Complete all daily assigned tasks and all work assigned by manager.

  • Managing internet & telephone sales and service leads, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion

  • Make 75-100 outbound calls each day

  • Adapt to changing needs of department.

  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Excellent Computer Skills and, Excellent Customer Service Skills
