An opportunity exists within the Wood Automotive Group to join a highly successful team as a Parts Manager with Okotoks Ford Lincoln.
Working directly with the General Manager, the Parts Manager is responsible for the overall successful operation of the Parts Department. This includes the creation and implementation of proactive marketing strategies, as well as identifying and communicating sales objectives and account targets. In addition, the Parts Manager is responsible for all aspects of Parts Inventory Management.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader, dedicated to customer service and staff relations. Good organizational skills, attention to detailed paper work and an ability to put in place strategies for retail promotions are also required. Related parts or sales experience with automotive products is an asset. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years’ experience in progressively responsible Automotive Parts roles, including accessory sales experience. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is an asset.
