Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial reports for decision support.
Prepare monthly analyses of business trends and budget variance of financial results and Key Performance Indicators to be used in management reviews and strategic business analysis sessions.
Assists in preparing various financial reports for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic purposes.
Perform various analytical review during month end close.
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow across cross-functional departments.
Analyze economic drivers of the business client (e.g. customer churn, discounts).
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
Deliver standard reports to group leaders and others as requested, including monthly KPI’s.
Assist in field staff performance tracking and reporting.
Conduct various analytics to support business needs.
Assist in completing monthly commission calculation for senior management review and approval.
Provide support to annual budget, five years strategic plan process as well as quarterly forecasts. Responsibility related to full P&L, capital expenditures and cash-flow.
Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance or Accounting.
Working towards CPA designation
1 to 3 years of experience required in a financial analyst or similar role.
Effective communication skills required.
Must possess good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Good computer software skills necessary. Must possess intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
