What we’re looking for in a service advisor. • Ford/Lincoln experience an asset; • You have an understanding of the Reynolds system; • You have a fundamental understanding of automotive mechanical fundamentals; • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills; • You are results oriented and accountable; • You have a proven ability to be a problem solver, critical thinker and strong attention to detail; • You have the ability to perform and multitask in a fast-paced environment; • You have strong customer building skills; • You possess an innate desire for excellent customer service; • You have valid driver’s license with a clean abstract; • You have a high school diploma or Equivalent.
