The Financial Analyst will provide support throughout the planning cycle. The incumbent will be evaluating data, prepare forecasts, and analyze trends in sales, operations, general business conditions, and other related areas.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support to annual budget, five years strategic plan process as well as quarterly forecasts. Responsibility related to full P&L, capital expenditures and cash-flow.
  • Provide monthly financial KPI reports for actual vs. budget/forecast comparison. Analyze results and provide reforecasting recommendations.
  • Provide and analyze Service Station (time reporting tool) reports and provide key information to various stakeholders on a timely basis. Quantify capitalization and deferral amounts and assist accounting department in related issues.
  • Provide revenue forecast for current month, current quarter, YTD and full year compared to budget and quarterly forecast. Participate in variance analysis and provide recommendations for reforecasting.
  • Design financial models to streamline financial forecast processes, assist in business casing new opportunities.
  • Provide monthly Capex variance analysis report
  • Participate in integration of applicable systems, provide and assist in ad-hoc financial analysis, process streamlining, refining key business metrics, pricing, etc.

Qualifications:

Education:   Bachelor’s degree and Accounting Designation preferred

Experience: 2-3 years of experience on FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) with 5-7 years of total professional experience.

  • Ability to translate complex business situations into comprehensive financial models and quickly understand business implications of market and environmental developments
  • Strong financial modeling experience
  • Industry Experience in SaaS | Software development | Technology | Automotive | Lender Financing | Financial Institutions or other fast-paced Industries (strongly preferred)
  • ·Proficiency with MS Office products, specifically Excel (spreadsheet modeling, advanced formulas, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and sound business judgment
  • Able to work under tight deadlines, adapt to constant changes and thrive in fast paced environments.
