Job Summary: 

Reporting to the Implementation Manager, Bilingual Technical Support Representative is responsible for existing and setting up new subscriptions for Digital Retailing, Kelly Bluebook products. Working with internal groups to understand current technical setup and product enhancements, identify and prioritize the activities that need to be performed, ensure a smooth implementation of our Cox products.

 

Your Role: 

  • Work in collaboration with Implementation team for all standalone installation/Upgrades & Cancellations
  • Dealer training
  • Tracking and managing all projects in Salesforce and billing in SAP.
  • Handle internal and external technical support requests relating to implementation of Cox products with a strong attention to detail (new enhancements, upgrades etc.)
  • Stay up to date on product features, bug issues, changes and issues.
  • Reporting any issues or defects found during implementation to Product team
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Dealertrack, KBB and Dealer.com digital solution including product settings, features & benefits, system functionality, and setting cause & effect relationships
  • Work collaboratively with Digital Strategist’, Performance Consultants, Business Delivery Manager’s, Implementation and support teams sharing knowledge, best practice and training
  • Troubleshoot/ problems and provides solutions related to existing products.
  • Level two triages client inquiries and investigations.  Understands the impact and is able to determine the severity and extensiveness of an investigation/issue
  • Participate in relevant product development and enhancement review sessions to continue in development as a business partner while leveraging real time field experience

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in dealership operations, including knowledge of DMS/CRM tools
  • Fluency both in English and French
  • Digital Solutions background (UX/UI)
  • BA or BS in relevant field, or an equivalent combination of experience and training
  • An understanding of the automotive industry especially dealer and OEM websites
  • Very strong communication skills. Must be collaborative, friendly, creative, entrepreneurial and passionate about the automotive industry with respect to e-commerce & technology
  • Technical Skills:  Well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Cox Automotive product and platform features, capabilities
  • Demonstrated advanced communication skills (verbal, written, phone, interpersonal and presentation)
  • Demonstrated and proven advanced customer service skills and methodology
  • Demonstrated ability to work in both a team oriented and an individual environment
