The Job: The ideal candidate is reliable, ethical, possesses great people skills, takes pride in their work and has a natural interest in learning and developing new skills.
• Assisting front counter, back counter, wholesale and internal customers • Maintain accurate inventory and complete bin checks • Maintain a clean and presentable parts department • Follow parts department process • Check emails and response to customers’ requests promptly • Provide service technicians with parts that are required • Check E-biz on a daily basis for new Service Bulletins and Product Updates • Read catalogs in order to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices • Communicate directly with Parts Manager, Service Department Technicians and service advisors so customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications • Working days are Tuesday through Saturday

The Qualifications required: If this sounds like you apply below! • Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment • Be able to prioritize and have excellent time management skills • Must have 1-2 years Automotive Dealership Honda/Imports Parts experience with proficient computer skills • ADP/CDK software experience required • Strong automotive dealership parts background with a solid attention to detail. • A customer friendly and engaging personality • Complete reports to record problems • Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive parts • Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety • Strong English communication tools • Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals. • High School Diploma or equivalent
