OPPORTUNITY:

• Deliver new/pre-owned vehicles to customers after purchase and thoroughly explained vehicle features and applications

• Occasionally delivered and reviewed vehicles with customers at an offsite address

• Perform administrative duties such as preparing, printing, and packing the necessary documents for vehicle delivery

• Adhering to delivery protocol by guiding customers through all final documentation

• Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge on multiple features in a wide range of vehicles

• Accompany customers on test drives

• Help drive business and maximize sales through customer service, product knowledge, vehicle presentation and promotion

• Present products in an effective manner that ensure customer understanding

• Maintain constant communication with designated sales personnel at the dealership on vehicle delivery and any scheduling changes

• Point of contact for customers pending any questions or concerns following the delivery JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a delivery assistant or sales jockey an asset in automotive industry

• Excellent attention to detail, presentation skills and ability to multitask

• Desire to provide the best customer experience every time

• Must be knowledgeable of technology and vehicle features
