Job description:

The Web Implementation Specialist's main  focus will be to build, configure and make site upgrades according to the requirements defined in the sales contract and client needs based on statement of work.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prior to account setup/website configuration, review sales contract to uncover potential issues/roadblocks
  • Work with Sales/Billing to ensure contract accuracy and address any solution gaps prior to account setup/ website configuration
  • Welcome new clients, gather dealership requirements and set expectations on what to expect throughout the build process
  • Setup website and associated features as per sales agreement and coordinate setup for inventory data feeds
  • Set up­­­­ services
  • Proactively identifying implementation issues and risks, and taking appropriate steps to resolve them
  • Work closely with clients to present key elements of website design and functionality and provide updates on project status at all phases of production.
  • Maintain positive client sentiment through project launch and stabilization
  • Manage the communication with clients to ensure project goals are met according to plan
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project completion
  • Demonstrate project awareness by ensuring all key milestones are complete in full for each project and all client communication is documented
  • Meet role specific KPI’s regarding average monthly throughput, velocity, quality, client engagement and client sentiment
  • Be familiar with operational structure of a dealership and advise on digital marketing best practices to drive leads and support branding objectives
  • Proactively develop and maintain knowledge and skills related to technology, tools and products (new releases, updates, etc.)
  • Digital Retailing setup and dealer training
  • Maintain project status updates in Salesforce (CRM)

 

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual French/English required
  • BA or BS in relevant field, or an equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Basic to intermediate experience with web production technique is required
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with content management systems required
  • +1 years in a client facing role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web based applications and common Internet protocols and conventions (web browsers, email, HTTP, FTP)
  • Basic knowledge of web display languages (HTML, CSS) and web development techniques and technologies (XML, JavaScript, Velocity, MySQL)
  • Proficient in MSOffice applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills – capable of facilitating and directing discussion in a consultative manner
  • Must be collaborative, friendly, creative, entrepreneurial and passionate about the automotive industry with respect to e-commerce & technology.
  • Above average ability to multi-task proactively in response to issues as they arise
  • Technical Skills:  Well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Sales Systems
