Le responsable de l’optimisation des moteurs de recherche et de la stratégie de contenu des sites web des clients en utilisant les meilleures pratiques pour maximiser des conversions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

20%:

  • Participer activement à la recherche de mots-clés, à la recherche démographique, à la recherche de contenu ainsi qu’à l’analyse des sites web des clients
  • Suivre les exigences du processus de mise en œuvre du référencement pour les nouveaux clients
  • Prendre contact avec les clients afin d’élaborer les exigences internes pour le processus d’admission
  • Participer à l’amélioration de l’efficacité des processus

70%:

  • Obtenir des résultats commerciaux clés en exécutant des projets de référencement, notamment la recherche de mots clés, la création de liens, le développement de contenu et l'architecture de site
  • Surveiller et rendre compte des performances des campagnes de référencement à l'aide de plateformes SEO et de logiciels de référencement
  • Fournir une analyse et des commentaires judicieux sur les tendances et les progrès des indicateurs clés de performance.
  • Fournir des recommandations concrètes visant à combler les lacunes en matière de performance
  • Améliorer les performances du site du concessionnaire grâce à des stratégies de référencement
  • Analyser et évaluer la performance du site web, y compris, mais sans se limiter, les visites organiques, les visiteurs, les soumissions de formulaires, le taux de conversion, le taux de rebond et la viabilité afin de déterminer le niveau de performance des clients et d'identifier les domaines d'opportunités
  • Renforcer la valeur du service en communiquant avec les concessionnaires pour discuter des campagnes de référencement
  • Communiquer à l'équipe de vente et à la direction les développements, les échéances et les résultats du projet
  • Suivre les tendances et les évolutions du secteur de référencement, des moteurs de recherche, des médias sociaux et du marketing sur internet

Qualifications:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent ou une combinaison pertinente d’expérience et de scolarité
  • Avoir au minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans l’optimisation des moteurs de recherche spécifique à la conversion du commerce en ligne
  • Avoir au minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie automobile
  • Expérience ou exposition au marketing des moteurs de recherche (SEM)
  • Passion pour le référencement et le marketing internet, bonne compréhension du parcours du consommateur en ligne
  • Maîtrise de MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word et HTML markup
  • Connaissance des dernières modifications de l’algorithme de Google i.e. Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird et Pigeon
  • Expérience en matière d'analyse de sites web à l'aide de divers outils d'analyse, dont Google Analytics
  • Expérience avec des outils tier i.e. Copyscape, Majestic, SEO, Google Webmaster, Google Trends, Moz Pro and SEM Rush
  • Bonne compréhension de l'optimisation des moteurs de recherche sur les pages et hors pages

Responsible for search engine optimization and content strategy for clients' websites using best practices to maximize conversions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

20%:

  • Actively participate in keyword research, demographic research, content research as well as customer website analysis
  • Track the requirements of the SEO implementation process for new clients
  • Engage with clients to develop internal requirements for the admissions process
  • Participate in improving the efficiency of processes

70%:

  • Achieve key business results by executing SEO projects including keyword research, link building, content development, and site architecture
  • Monitor and report on SEO campaign performance using SEO platforms and SEO software
  • Provide insightful analysis and commentary on trends and progress of key performance indicators.
  • Provide concrete recommendations to address performance gaps
  • Improve the performance of the dealership site through SEO strategies
  • Analyze and evaluate website performance including, but not limited to organic visits, visitors, form submissions, conversion rate, bounce rate and viability to determine the level of customer performance and identify areas of opportunity
  • Reinforce the value of service by reaching out to dealerships to discuss SEO campaigns
  • Communicate project developments, deadlines and results to the sales team and management
  • Follow trends and developments in the SEO industry, search engines, social media and internet marketing

10%:

Participate in SEO strategy discussions, presenting to management existing relationships with areas that provide opportunities for current clients

Qualifications:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a relevant combination of experience and education
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in search engine optimization specific to the conversion of online business
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Search engine marketing (SEM) experience or exposure
  • Passion for SEO and internet marketing, good understanding of the online consumer's journey
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and HTML markup
  • Knowledge of the latest Google algorithm modifications ie Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird and Pigeon
  • Experience in analyzing websites using various analysis tools, including Google Analytics
