Weins Canada Inc is currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has the skills and abilities to provide support to our management team and effectively source and acquire talent as we move into the next phase. Weins Canada has built a reputation for success becoming one of the country's largest automotive groups that take pride in operating 14 dealerships.
What We Offer
Partner with hiring manager to determine staffing need and specific requirements
Post job ads on recruitment boards, websites, social media platforms, etc.
Maximize exposure of open positions in an effort to attract potential applicants
Screen resumes in a timely manner and forward to hiring managers
Follow up with managers on open positions on a daily basis
Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates, and/or administer appropriate company assessments as required
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships, maximize networking and social presence to build on talent and candidate pool
Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who are successful and are offered a job opportunity – ensuring all legal requirements and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner Qualifications
Human Resources Diploma
Recruiting experience is an asset (experience with TalentNest, Talent Management System preferred)
Experience in candidate sourcing solutions, networking, etc.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, etc.
Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective decision-making skills
