Job Description

Weins Canada Inc is currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has the skills and abilities to provide support to our management team and effectively source and acquire talent as we move into the next phase. Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring manager to determine staffing need and specific requirements

  • Post job ads on recruitment boards, websites, social media platforms, etc.

  • Maximize exposure of open positions in an effort to attract potential applicants

  • Screen resumes in a timely manner and forward to hiring managers

  • Follow up with managers on open positions on a daily basis

  • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates, and/or administer appropriate company assessments as required

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships, maximize networking and social presence to build on talent and candidate pool

  • Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who are successful and are offered a job opportunity – ensuring all legal requirements and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner Qualifications

  • Human Resources Diploma

  • Recruiting experience is an asset (experience with TalentNest, Talent Management System preferred)

  • Experience in candidate sourcing solutions, networking, etc.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, etc.

  • Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Effective decision-making skills
