Job Description

Gyro Group of Compaines is now hiring a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team! As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will handle both inbound and outbound scripted calls and setting/confirming appointments for service customers. If you are energetic, well-spoken and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service with a "Team Player" attitude, PLEASE APPLY!

  • Scheduling service appointments for clients vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
  • Directing all customer inquiries accordingly
  • Handling customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up calls
  • Assist in-person customer overflow on Service Advisor desk as required
