Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee our operation in Huntsville Ontario.

$60,000 - $80,000 a year

Overall responsibilities:

-To coach and mentor a team of people while providing exceptional customer service.

-This position requires the leadership of the following roles, service advisors, licenced technicians, apprentices, shuttle drivers and vehicle detailers.

- Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profits and expense objectives

-Establishing department objectives, jointly with his/her supervisor.

- Participates in employee recruitment.

-Implementing all systems, procedures and processes

-Tracking performance of advisors and technicians

-Maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction rating.

Key knowledge requirements:

-Minimum 5 years automotive service experience

-Computer literate

-Working knowledge of shop equipment and maintenance

-Knowledge of WHMIS and OHSA

-Managerial experience an asset

-Strong communication skills

-Well-versed in service operation functions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
