Parts Consultant- Jaguar Land Rover

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Brampton, ON

Experience: Parts Consultant: 1-2 Years

The BEST Candidate: Driven and motivated to provide an exceptional experience to all patrons. Grounded in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry. Skilled listener and communicator, with a zeal for assisting internal and external clients proficiently. Eager to learn, flexible to adapt and willing to take on new challenges with enthusiasm. A team player with a positive attitude and a desire for building lasting relationships.


  • Greet customers and respond to their needs in a professional manner
  • Attend to parts inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Provide estimates, create invoices and write credit memos
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, stocking and picking parts orders
  • Keep well-informed and versed with new products, policies and procedures
  • Adhere to company standards and be a brand ambassador
  • Comply with organizational policies and code of conduct


  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Strong automotive technical knowledge of vehicles and parts or willing to learn
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all transactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CDK experience would be an asset
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
