Job Description


The role will report to the Financial Services Manager, providing part-time (20-25hrs per week) administrative relief in the Business Office. The role supports the business’ goal of offering 100% of the financial services products, to 100% of our customers, 100% of the time.

Under the direction of the FSM, the incumbent will:

  • Support the administrative responsibilities of the Business Office, ie: submit credit applications, submit funding paperwork, prepare licensing paperwork, etc
  • With training, the incumbent will be exposed to presenting business office products to customers (ie: pre-paid maintenance, protective chemicals, extended warranty, etc) .
  • Complete credit application with customer, and then review finance options to meet their needs.

Valid Driver’s License

Ability to obtain their OMVIC license
