**The Job: ** The ideal candidate will be an expert on all of the Chrysler models that we sell, will deliver high quality customer service and become a consultant to each customer on finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs.

Build customer rapport through conversation and honest recommendations.
Providing prudent advice and guidance on product selection to customers
Work with the F&I Manager to develop sales agreements that benefit the company as well as the customer.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our current car inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase.
Be aware of up-to-date product information
Collaborate with our Sales Manager to offer attractive deals on vehicles to satisfy customers’ requirements
Set training standards and monitor, follow-up feedback and compliance
Working within established OMVIC guidelines, company policy, procedures and government regulations
Develop and implement monthly promotional strategies and sales incentive programs.

**The Qualifications required: **

3-5 years of Chrysler sales experience is an asset in an automotive dealership.
Strong attention to detail.
Valid OMVIC license.
A customer friendly and engaging personality
Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and customers
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide a clean driving abstract
A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
