Job Description

Experienced Part- Time Car Dealership Receptionist (Chrysler) required:

  • The P/T Receptionist will be responsible for greeting all incoming guests, visitors and team members, help them with directions or any appropriate information that they need while maintaining a high level of company confidentiality and customer satisfaction. You will be professionally answering phone calls and re-directing those calls to respective departments. Some other tasks include processing payments, filing, handling and re-directing mail and a variety of other duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.

The Job: The successful Part Time candidate will be a motivated, customer-focused and results-driven individual with two years' experience as a P/T Receptionist in an Automotive Dealership.

Proficiency with CDK, Excel and Microsoft Office Applications with a Automotive Dealership Excellent Vehicle Licensing, licensing ledger and stocking experience and skills Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette Strong telephone organizational and time management skills

Professional appearance Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality Extremely dependable and punctual Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment Positive “can-do” attitude, with willingness to learn Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact professionally with both our Customers, Guests and Employees

P/T Hours of Work: Wednesday and Thursday: 4:30PM to 9:00PM Saturday (every other): 8:30AM to 6:00PM

The Qualifications required:

2 year’s previous working experience as a Receptionist in an Automotive Dealership or Repair Center. Able to effectively communicate: verbally, in writing and listening. Strong attention to detail. Able to manage people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times. Post-Secondary diploma or equivalent Must be able to work evenings until 5:30PM Results driven with a customer focus A positive attitude with the ability to work both in a team setting & independently
