Job Description

Performance Mercedes is currently seeking a Service Concierge to join our dynamic team . This position will be responsible for maintaining a traffic log of guests visiting the store and providing exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers. 
  • Tagging and parking service vehicles.
  • Basic knowledge of washing vehicles. 
  • Conducting free alignments inspections and keeping the parking lot organized.
  • Keeping the drive-thru clean.
  • Provide exceptional customer service that exemplifies our dealership.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.


Position Requirements: 

  • Post secondary degree or diploma. 
  • Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and knowledgeable of vehicle makes and models.
  • Merchandising experience is an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
