BMW in Mississauga, is expanding and growing their team. We are actively searching for a polished and professional Full Time Sales Manager. This role is responsible for over seeing the sales team assisting with sale closings and sales targets.

Primary Responsibilities

- Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
- Prepares and administers an annual operating forecast and budget for the tuning Sales Department.
- Assists salespersons in setting goals and objectives and coaches employees to achieve goals.
- Creates a customer- focused environment and continuously strives to improve the customer satisfaction ratings.
- Ensures that customer complaints are handled promptly and effectively and works closely with the customer to settle disputes.
- Compliant with federal and provincial regulations that affect Tuning sales.
- Develops, implements and monitors systems and standards for the tuning sales department.
- Ensures proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
- Provides product and training resources for salespersons on a continuous basis.
- Ensures staff understands and follows department policies and procedures.
- Develops and directs advertising initiatives and other promotions in collaboration with the salespersons.
- Develops relationships with suppliers, staff, customers and technicians.
- Coordinates departmental staff meetings.
- Attends interdepartmental management meetings

Required Skills and Experience

- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in a sales role in vehicle retail sales, luxury preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient with the following computer environments: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook
- ADP Experience, preferred
