Summary

Pfaff Hallmark Toyota in Orangeville is expanding and growing their team. We are actively searching for a polished and professional Full-Time Financial Service Manager .This role is responsible for connecting with clients, building rapport and nurturing relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

- General duties of this role is to produce additional revenues for the dealership by selling finance and insurance packages.
- Suitable candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, team and customer-focused environment and provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer and secures competitive interest rates and finance programs
- Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources
- Converts cash deals to finance as appropriate
- Understands and complies will all federal and provincial regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments
- Review of sales agreement with the customer to ensure vehicle, options and price are correct
- Completes credit application with customer and discusses payment terms. Obtains credit approval and notifies customer of credit approval or any conditions
- Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties
- Completes paperwork necessary for automobile sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner
- Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes etc. before forwarding to accounting.
- Performs lien check on all trade-ins and confirms payout/lien amount with financial institution and confirms buyout terms
- Sets-up and maintains a program which will ensure 100 percent turnover to the F&I department
- Provides Sales Managers and salespersons with current information about finance and lease programs
- Trains the sales staff on the benefits of financing, insurance and extended service programs
- Works with the salespersons to secure the required profit margins from every sale
- Prepares documents, reports etc. as required

Required Skills and Experience

- A minimum of 2 to 4 years in an Automotive Sales & Finance role
- Proficient with the following computer environments: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, aptitude for numbers and exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to build relationships with lending institutions
- Ability to interpret/evaluate credit bureau reports
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines
