  • Backup for vehicle inventory (Assigning stock number, Stocking cars in 180, Stocking keys in key track, create docket with 2nd key, books and factory invoice, create files for sales dept./accounting and send RO for stock vehicles to PD
  • Act as the Sales concierge and greet and direct clients as appropriate
  • Reports for Sales and Service
  • Cash Reports
  • General administrative duties
  • Keeping bistro clean and stocked


  • One eighty experience an asset
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Conflict Resolution
  • 2+ Years’ experience with administration
  • Dealership experience an asset
