**The Job: **Roadsport is looking for a professional and personable Automotive Part Time (P/T) Service Cashier to join our Team in supporting our other Dealership Employees and assisting our Customers while building and representing our brand. The ideal Candidate is a confident and dynamic person looking to grow and succeed the Auto Service Industry. We're always looking for passionate Candidates who believe in being at the top of their game and contributing to the overall success of the organization. • Responsible for printing out estimates and invoices and accept payment for completed service work • Responsible for keys while cars are being serviced • Record the amount of payment and close out repair orders in the computer system • Calculate materials charges, repair charges and taxes; understand warranties. • Process Service Repair Orders when work is completed • May answer incoming service calls as needed • Help maintain appearance of customer waiting area • Maintains Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Google ratings as set by Fix Ops Manager. • Maintain value, quality, and integrity

The Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • ADP/CDK experience is an asset • Inspect every service repair order and/or parts invoice for proper completion and accuracy • Bilingual in another language is a plus • Work with department Managers to keep abreast of new products and services offered by the dealership and any changes in price. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must • Previous administrative and paperwork a plus • Ability to provide great customer service and great phone skills • Ability to learn new software programs to input and retrieve information • Flexible schedule including some Saturday hours • Professional appearance and work ethic • Make change, issue receipts and reconcile cash daily • Answer all guest questions concerning services performed or products purchased or refers them to someone who can • Handle guest complaints with respect, integrity, and poise; and when necessary, refers dissatisfied guests to the appropriate individuals for resolution • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor. • Ability to read, comprehend instructions and information. • Basic skills with computer and other office machines (copier, credit card machine, telephone, adding machine) • Perform other duties as assigned by management. The Qualifications required:
• At least 1 year’s previous working experience as a P/T Service Cashier in an Automotive Dealership or Repair Center. • Able to effectively communicate: verbally, in writing and listening. • Strong attention to detail. • Able to manage people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times. • Post-Secondary diploma or equivalent or in school working on it • Results driven with a customer focus • A positive attitude with the ability to work both in a team setting & independently
