The Used Car Sales Advisor will be a member of a team of passionate, customer-focused sales consultants that provide a high standard of customer service while achieving sales and revenue growth expectations. The Qualifications required: • 3-5+ years of Used Car Dealership Management experience is an asset in an automotive dealership. • Strong working knowledge of motivation, training, appraisal and general supervisory sales skills. • Leadership ability and team building skills. • Strong CDK, 180 and Dave skills are considered an asset • Strong attention to detail. • Valid OMVIC license. • Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide a clean driving abstract. • A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork. • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers. • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a Business, Automotive or other related area. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience in used and new car sales is considered an asset • Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc. • Strong working knowledge of motivation, training, appraisal and general supervisory skills.
