Job Description

Downtown Ford Lincoln is currently recruiting Class “A” Automotive Technician with Ford Experience to join our growing technical team immediately. We are a very busy shop.

REQUIREMENTS: • Applicant must possess a provincial class “A” license (AST) with Ford Experience • Valid “G” driver's License with a clean driver’s abstract required • Proven diagnostic and mechanical experience We offer immediate and extensive Ford and Lincoln factory training programs. • Must have own tools and tool box

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Diagnosing source of malfunctions and performing repairs • Determining if additional safety or service work is required by thoroughly examining vehicles • Ensuring all vehicles qualify for warranty prior to performing warranty repairs • Performing road tests using safe driving standards • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills both verbal and written • Ensuring the service shop is maintained in a clean, organized, hazard-free manner • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
