Job Description

Sterne Acura is looking for a Warranty Administrator/ Appointment Coordinator to join our successful Service Department.

We are currently looking for a Warranty Administrator/Appointment Coordinator who has 1 to 3 years’ experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced automotive service environment, you are customer-oriented, and can move between customer service and service execution, this position is for you.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for submitting Warranty Claims and participating in the retention, business development and customer service programs, including to understand all customer needs, use a computer system to record customer information and provide exceptional customer service for each customer.

Skills and Experience Required :

  • Experience with Dealership Service Appointment generating preferred
  • Strong communication skills

Assisting customers with parts inquiries, on the phone and or by e-mail.

  • Experience with ADP/CDK and Xtime

This position is performance driven and customer service focused.
