A Finance Manager will be responsible for assisting Go Auto customers to secure financing through our large network of lenders while introducing customers to a wide-range of top of the line products to protect their new investment. What you bring to the table: Results orientated Outgoing friendly personality with the ability to find common ground with anyone An open schedule with the ability to work above 40 hour work week. Including days, evenings and weekends Detail orientated Dealership expereince is a must Proven high back end average Primary Job Duties: Maintaining customer satisfaction Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership Ensure daily review of new programs and incentives offered by the Manufacturer and that there is a clear understanding of the programs Ensure all products are presented to every customer every time Maintain a Net Promoter score and CSI/SSI at or above benchmark Ensure that deliveries are set up immediately after approval received with communication between Managers, Service Department and Salesperson so as appropriate measures are taken for proper delivery Ensure any issues with accounting processing deals must be dealt within a short time period Ensure every customer is contacted by the Business Manager daily until deal is finalized by delivery or deal is cancelled What’s in it for you: Industry leading commission and bonus plans Three weeks of vacation, increasing to five weeks with continued employment A comprehensive health care, dental and health spending accounts An employee investment program Newly renovated office Ongoing training Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity!
